Southeast Asia and Pacific Cyber Resilience (SEA-PAC Cyber)

Studying regional cooperation and capacity building to strengthen cyber resilience, security, and inclusive digital ecosystems across Southeast Asia and the Pacific.

This research explores how collaborative initiatives, such as the Southeast Asia and Pacific Cyber Program (SEA-PAC Cyber), enhance incident preparedness, critical technology security, and the development of regional cyber policies, norms, and regulations. Focus areas include sustainable capacity building, inclusive cyber strategies through gender equality and social inclusion, and partnerships that improve resilience across governments, industry, and civil society. By analyzing regional programs and real-world case studies, this research topic provides insights into building secure, resilient, and inclusive digital ecosystems in the face of evolving cyber threats.
