Cyber Psychology

Exploring human behavior, cognition, and social interaction in the context of digital technologies and cyberspace.

Cyber Psychology is a research topic focused on the intersection of psychology and technology. It examines how individuals and groups think, feel, and behave when engaging with digital environments, online communities, and emerging technologies. This area also explores issues such as online identity, digital well-being, human–computer interaction, social media influence, and the psychological impacts of cyber threats and virtual environments. Research in cyber psychology contributes to a deeper understanding of how human factors shape online behaviors, influence cybersecurity practices, and affect mental health and social dynamics in increasingly digital societies.
