Cyber Leadership

Exploring strategic decision-making, governance, and organizational accountability in the management of cybersecurity.

Cyber Leadership is a research topic focused on the intersection of cybersecurity and executive-level responsibility. It examines how leaders within organizations establish cybersecurity priorities, allocate resources, and build cultures of security awareness and resilience. This area also explores the governance structures, regulatory compliance pressures, and communication challenges faced by leadership teams in responding to cyber risks. Research in cyber leadership contributes to a deeper understanding of how strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and informed decision-making shape an organization’s overall security posture in an increasingly complex threat landscape.
