Mr Rob Champion

Biography

Rob Champion has 30 years’ experience in Queensland Government ICT in infrastructure, architecture, strategy and projects. Rob has been the Queensland Government Chief Information Security Officer (QGCISO) since 2018. He has been a motivating force in government cyber security, helping prepare for events such as G20 Leaders’ meetings and the Commonwealth Games. Rob and his team are driving continuous improvement and collaboration in cyber security across Queensland Government and its partners.
